Web Design and Software Development for LIA Relief Trust
This charity required a full eCommerce website with many custom options, including a gift aid declaration, recurring payments, and many pages. We also built a custom CRM for them to manage donors, donations, projects and receipts.
Website
The previous website was not working at all, and LIA Relief Trust approached us for a new website which would allow payments, multiple product types, recurring payments, and many pages which outline their organisation and various locations of humanitarian aid they provide for.
We spent some time understanding the specifics of their needs, and we built a full eCommerce website which allowed them to achieve everything required. It's fully responsive, mobile-first design ensured donors could easily navigate and find projects they'd want to donate to.
We currently manage their website including content updates, maintenance and backups.
CRM
A key part of a charity is managing their donors, funds, and donations, as it's all regulated by the Charities Commission. We simplified and automated this process for them by building a custom CRM which automatically adds information from new orders on their website, and allows manual entry for offline donations.
This system is not only a place where they can see donors, donations and projects, but also generates receipts and certificates which are emailed to the donors upon a successful transaction.
We've demonstrated this CRM to a couple of other charities (with the permission of the client LIA Relief Trust) and have gained a lot of interest in this type of CRM because it streamlines processes which would otherwise take much longer and require more effort.
